In response to COVID-19 the ‘Live Up’ COVID COMMUNITY was set up to support our communities with practical wellbeing resources that can be used for these extraordinary circumstances of social distancing, community lockdown and quarantine. I met Shannon when I was in Australia doing the first part of my Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing through the Langley Group Institute. She is a pretty amazing lady with skills in a vast amount of areas including: aquatics, yoga, entertaining, first aid and CPR training. Shannon is dealing with her own work challenges, after just opening a pool 6 weeks ago and having her entire team stood down because of COVID-19.
